A busy shoot today with an enthusiastic crowd participating with even a handful of escaped horses getting in on the act ! Also nice to see some new and now regular faces to our events – thanks for joining us!
For our next shoot on the 14th December (Ben Power Memorial) and thereafter, we’re seriously thinking about adding another stand. We are aware that whilst being delighted to see you all we appreciate that nobody likes queuing for too long and our regular attendances are now beginning to reach a peak where shooters consider looking elsewhere if it means getting to the pub or their Sunday Roast a bit sooner. We’ll open the overflow car park over the road to keep cars off the road and for your safety.
Our Pool Shoot was just about perfect with an easy looking layout generating high scores however all but two guns shooting a maximum score and splitting the prize money.
