A bit nippy this morning so Kevin’s hot snacks and drinks were even more welcoming to get the day started!
The opening stands were also exposed to the cold air but moving further into the top field the air was settled and the wind chill was removed.
A good sized attendance throughout the morning wandered around shooting a good course and we received some nice complements following some good scores. Some additional time on maintenance has paid off nicely.
Sadly the generator is still needing some re-wiring after it’s recent mini meltdown but Jane survived with an extra jumper and scarf!
Our shoots for ‘The Fox Goes Free’ are continuing for the next few months so if you or anyone you know who might like to participate in a clay shoot with dinner to follow then contact ‘The Fox’. These events are aimed mainly for people who have no or little previous experience although a few gun owners pop along also for a fun afternoon.
