Northchapel Shoot – Boxing Day 2016 – Summary

Exploding Clay

Exploding ClaySorry for the late summary. We had a slight technical issue with the media on our site. Here it is.

Cracking morning for our last shoot of the year. Sunny, but with a nip in the air when the wind blew a bit.

A nice turnout, steady from start to finish with some first time shooters also enjoying one of the traditional Boxing Day pursuits.

We had a nice treat alongside the mulled wine courtesy of Jim’s talented Chef brother who supplied some delicious hot mince pies. Thanks Phil, they were perfect!

Our old friend David, who ran our Pool Shoot came back to visit and took over the admissions desk as Jane was away to see relatives.

A varied layout with good combinations for all standards also went down well.

Well that’s us packed up for the rest of this year. Thank you to all our regular shooters who have shot with us and also to the many new shooters who discovered us and in many cases learned to love the sport having been inspired by coming to our ground.
